Allowing only one user group to modify/add attachments at a particular issue status

Soham Das October 27, 2021

When issue is in "Closed" Status  ONLY ONE group of users should be able to :

1. Modify/add attachments

2. Edit fields

3. Add/update subtasks

4. Edit issue links

5. Edit Traceability

No other user should be able to do any of these actions.

I have used the following workflow properties but users not in the jira-administrators group are still able to modify/add attachments

On using the jira.issue.editable=false property attachments were disabled but it was disabled for all users.

Please kindly point me to the correct property key and value

Hi,

jira.permissions.edit.group propert value must correspond to group name, that is included in your jira. I would also suggest doublechecking if user is in fact not in that group.

After editing the properties, did you push the changes?
