Allowing users to Edit and Delete issues

Hello, we are currently in a trial of your software and our users need to be able to at least edit issues they have raised and possibly delete them too, although the latter is less important.

The permission scheme associated with the Jira project specifies who has edit and delete permissions on issues. Is that what you are looking for?
