We would like to move away from Whatsapp to some tool to converse (conversation) with our team. Is there any services from JIRA which allows these keeping in mind (A) Data security (B) Task integrations
Atlassian is a strategic partner with Slack, therefore their products have very tight integration. I think it would be your best bet.

Obviously, another alternative is Advanced Microsoft Teams Jira Connector that integrates Microsoft Teams with Jira pretty well.
