Altium Concord Pro plugin for Jira

We would like to enable end-to-end tracking of electrical engineering tasks in Jira using Altium's Concord Pro as the repository. Concord Pro was specially built for electrical engineers and Bitbucket is not being considered at the moment.

1. Is there is a plugin being developed for this popular software?

2. If not, how do I make a request?

3. What are my other alternatives?
