after the installation everything seems to be regular, except the fact that the activity stream does not work, it does not update. I've been looking for documentation here and elsewhere on the internet and I can't find a valid answer. My server.xml configuration is correct, I have checked many times also with other Atlassian product experts. Hi @Consulente Atlassian , you have to allow the instance to access itself.
It means you need to open the security group to its own public/private ip.
192.168.1.1/32 = 80
192.168.1.1/32 = 443
This is assuming that the server where the application is located is 192.168.1.1.
