An entire project has been removed

Hello everybody!

I have stumbled on an incident some time ago I could not solve, an entire project in Jira has been removed and I could not find the user who performed this action on any logs.

 

By this I want to remove the ability to remove projects to all users of my organisation.

 

Is this possible?

In the Audit Log in Jira you can find Changes like a Project Deletion: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver071/auditing-in-jira-applications-802593030.html

Only Jira Administrators and Jira System Administrators  (for the Jira Server Version) can delete projects. You should set these permissions only to the users, whom you trust as Jira admins. You can find more info here:
