I upgraded to jira data center 8.6.1 from 8.4 and was anxious to see the new clustering monitor feature. However, when I went to see the page, it was blank, anyone get this behaviour?
I have the same setup in a staging environment and it is working.
Affects upgrade from 9.4.18 LTS to 9.12.5 LTS.
Removed hipchat, restarted Jira nodes, clustering page works

Make sure you stop jira nodes before tinkering with the database.
