I would like to know if I can be notified if customer have sent us in multiple request in a certain amount of period.
We would like to make sure if a customer has sent in 5 support tickets in one month then we should be alerted to this fact. And ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately this cannot be done currently. You would need a JQL condition to be able to specify counts. We have an open issue for this in our backlog (AUT-873).
