Apostrophes and paragraphs in description

When using the pdf creator, I noticed that it is inserting “'” rather than an apostrophe.  It's also removing paragraph styling from the Description field.

 

Is this a known issue?

We are using the Easy Issue Templates plugin as it gives us the ability to configure the form a bit more

How do you export the issue to pdf?, using an existing jira add-on or using pdf creator virtual printer?

I've printed an issue using the last version of PDF Creator 2.3 on Firefox 45.0.1 and seems to work as expected as you can see in the picture below.

 

PS: This issue was created on JIRA 7
