App Need for Analyze Customer-Based Workloads

Hello Community!

I need a very specific gadget for analyze our customer-based installation and workload distribution. Since we have over a thousand customers and about a hundred staff, aslo lot of parameters, it has become impossible for us to do it  with separate gadgets.

Basically, a customer-based ticket distribution will be shown in the gadget at the beginning. Then, when the customer is selected from this gadget, graphics or tables will be displayed according to different parameters (assignee, duedate, custom field).

I think easyBI can be used for this, but I haven't used it much before, and I'm not sure if there's a template for this need. I am also open to different app suggestions.

Feel free to export the report definition and import it into your eazyBI account to see the report with your data: https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/analyze-and-visualize/create-reports/export-and-import-report-definitions

If you have the customer as a separate field in your Jira issue, then you can import the custom field as a dimension and use it for filtering dashboard reports so all reports would show data only related to this customer value: https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/publish-reports/create-dashboards#Createdashboards-Pagefiltersfordashboard
