Hello,
we are trying to install the planyway app to our Jira cloud account.
However there is an error. As the admin i cannot "accept" the request, only reject it and on the marketplace, the app appears as "requested" and when we try to relaunch the page there is an error window.
It is the admin that initiated the installation from the marketplace and also the admin that has the rights to reject/accept an app. we cannot reject it as then all retries to request/install it are blocked
Does anyone know how to solve this?
