App migration stuck on Jira On-Prem to Cloud migration

Hi all, 

Trying to migrate from On-Prem to Cloud, but our X-ray app migration is stuck at 18% and I option to cancel or re-run is greyed out. 

How can I force a cancel ? I have already restarted the app and the killed the jira process on the on-prem server.

Hi @Shad Hasan Welcome to the community!

1. Please check if you have any errors on the logs to see why it is stuck

2. Reach out to Xray with the logs or work on fixing those issues

3. Kill the process and restart server (only way to get rid of a stuck thread at the moment, I believe)

4. Re-run once issues fixed.
