App suggestion to replace WTF - Workflow Tools and Functions

I have "inherited" a Jira Server installation with the https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215067/wtf-workflow-tools-and-functions?hosting=server&tab=overview app installed. The app is no longer supported as of Jira version 8.9.

Does anybody know if the app still runs with Jira 8.11?

Do you have any suggestion for a different app or a successor to the app?

Is there a way to find out where the app is used in my installation?

Hi @Matthias Rohde ,

I guess you'll just have to test against Jira 8.11 yourself. Due to some larger changes in Jira 8.12 I'd assume that there will be problems then at the latest.

Regarding the actual app usage within the workflows present, I'd recommend running a workflow report provided by Admin Toolbox for Jira (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1214246/admin-toolbox-for-jira). The report can be run with a trial license and will exactly show, where 3rd party apps are used within the workflows (see https://apps.decadis.net/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=1808685).
