Application links do not have outgoing authentication options?

Hi

I am trying to setup an application link from Service Rocket in JIRA to Salesforce, however I have no options when I try to create an outgoing authentication link.

Not sure what information you need to troubleshoot this.

As admin, navigate to:

https://<your-cloud-instance>/plugins/servlet/customware/connector/applinks/config.action?type=salesforce 

 At that point, you should be able to click on the link for Configure Authentication. If for some reason that doesn't work, remove all the application links for salesforce and start over but when you do, begin by adding a new Cloud-System Connection here:

https://<your-cloud-instance>/plugins/servlet/customware/connector/config.action for Salesforce.

Finally, add a new Application Link as per:
