I have set 4 people as approvers required to transition a state in the workflow ,but i want that just with one of any the approvals the state can be transition and not all 4 .

As per my understanding, the issue is that the request currently requires all 4 approvers before it can transition, but you want it to move forward as soon as any 1 approver approves.
To solve this, in the Edit approval step screen from the workflow, there will be a field Number of approvers with three options:

• A specific number of people

• A specific number of people from each group

• Everyone

Before this field, you can select the number. Set the number to 1 and choose A specific number of people so that once any one of the approvers approves, the issue will move to the next status.

I  can not see that window when I click in edit , it takes me to the workflow

Apologies — what I mentioned earlier applies to Jira Service Management (JSM) projects, not Business projects. My apologies for not clarifying this before answering.
In Business projects, currently there is no native option to configure it so that only one of the approvers is required. The behavior here is that all listed approvers must approve before the work can move forward.
