Approvers

I want to add the approvers field, but I don't want to input names because my organization is big.  So I would need to reach out to a lot of different people when seeking approval.

Am I able to just leave this field open and input the name of the approver when needed?

Hi @Olivia Small,

You can create a custom field that's a single line text box. This way it's a blank area that you can input the name. Creating a drop-down box may be excessive since you're in a big organization.

Why not create a group for approvers, then have only the names of approvers in it.  Plenty of benefits in doing it this way.
