Archiving Tickets by user

What will happen to the tickets created by user when he/she gets remove?

Hi @aj.ferrer 

The tickets remain in the system. Similar to closed tickets - they might be removed from different views but all still exist. 

I would suggest to setup an internal flow for you once a user gets removed to assign open tickets to a co-worker or a manager, for example.
