Are there Release Notes or published lists of items that Atlassian delivers for Cloud?

I can locate release notes for server/data center version but cannot find anything about what gets released into Cloud.  I know they are working on things for Cloud because they have mentioned them in different webinars but is the only way to know if something is delivered but "watching" each issue?

There's a "sign up" link in there that gets you an email subscription to a batch of release notes too.

and you can always find by clicking on the "?" icon in top right of your Jira screen so no need to bookmark.
