Are there any graphs where I can see users performance?

I want to measure the number of tickets sent, answered and not answered by user. Is there any graph or something I can use to achieve this?

Is it number of ticket sent refers to assigned to particular user , answered or unanswered refers to resolved or not ? If yes, you will be write JQL query to get the results and explain your use case for more accurate answers.
