Are there any planned improvements to Jira Dashboards?

The look, feel, and functionality of Jira Dashboard gadgets seems to not have changed in a long time.  But on the Jira features page (https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/features) I see beautiful, clean-looking gadgets that are not available in Cloud.

Does anyone know of changes coming here, or is this available in Server? 

I've voted for lots of issues on this topic.  Stuff like:

* field lists in gadget settings not being alphabetical

* search for saved filter in gadget settings is clunky

Etc.

I do training on creating dashboards in JIRA and I spend a lot of time saying things like "sorry, this is confusing but ... " or "yeah the search isn't great but ...".

I would love to be able to blow users away with the dashboards!

What gadgets are you seeing that are not available in Cloud but in Server?  The link you sent I did not see any gadgets on.

Hm, I guess the charts shown on the linked page are project-level agile reports and not dashboard reports.  Same general thought though:  the ones in my Cloud instance don't look like that at all.

I'm also looking for someone who might have been in a focus group with Atlassian (or someone from Atlassian themselves) to chime in on this.  The JIRA UI has been getting a nice overhaul recently, but the dashboards haven't changed noticeably in years and are very hard to use.
