Are we able to make custom fields visible conditionally in Jira Cloud?

Hi, 
I want to have some fields visible based on custom true/false field on form. Are we able to achive that on cloud? 

So let say if "API related" is true 
"API description" is visible.

I believe the only conditional fields currently available on JSW Cloud are Cascading Select Lists. You could potentially use it as a way to get generic information (preset options) the user can specify, but otherwise the issue would have to be created and attempt to be transitioned in order to properly validate it has the necessary information.
