Are you able to create a link to a network drive folder location in a jira issue

Hi Team,

We know there is a function to ad links to other issues and URL's, but is there a why in Jira DC to add a link to a system folder location? (not a URL)

You can create links, but they have to be URLs, because they need to be universal.  Network drives do not have universally unique addresses - one person's S: drive is often another person's Z: drive.  From your question, we cannot even tell whether you mean a location on the Jira server, or somewhere else, because you have not given a unique URL to the "system folder"

To link to a network drive, that network drive needs to be consistently presented on a single shared and unique URL
