As Jira admin don't have access to next-gen project

Good day
I am Jira Admin and we have next-gen projects with private access. But I cannot access them (i wasn't invited to projects, and shouldn't be). I had access before, but not anymore and I don't why
Next-gen project are not in permission scheme, so nothing to change there

Hi. I think somebody might have changed the access in your project. Have you checked the Access tab in your project settings ? 

Maybe somebody took away your administrator role in that project (in the access tab) ?

Before I could go to the project and see issues and staff, even the access was private and I wasn't invited to the project, just because I am Jira admin
But now I don't see anything. And this happens to all next-gen project
How can someone change or what changed

I did remove myself from one next-gen project, and after it, it was unavailable for me too.
Can i have access to ALL project no matter what access, just because I am admin?
