As a Jira Administrator, how can I change the project lead?

I have installed Tempo timesheets app on Jira and everyone in my team is logging time, however, only project leads have access to create and view a report of the whole team. 

Therefore I need to change the team lead to myself so I can create and see all reports. 

How can I make myself the team lead for the nextgen project? Kindly assist.

Go to Tempo > Click Teams > select team > then select on team lead it is editable change yourself to lead by removing existing user & adding yourself
