From today, when I try to set the assignee on a ticket, I can set it to myself or unassigned, but I can't assign to anyone else.
I'm wondering whether something you're rolling out from https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/blog/2023/05/atlassian-cloud-changes-may-22-to-may-29-2023 has caused a problem here?
