AssetIT Reports no longer export

For about a month, I am no longer able to export my reports from AssetIT.  The report runs fine but when I click on Export to CSV a blank tab open in my browser and closes after a minute.  No report is downloaded.  In the past the blank browser tab would open and close and the report would be downloaded to my PC.   

I've done the usual - clear browser settings and try a different browser.

Welcome to the community! 

Asset IT is a third party App built by the vendor DevSamurai. If something stopped working in their functionality I  think your quickest solution is to contact their support. According to their documentation you should be able to export.
