Assign an issue to a different user

Hi all,

I hope we are all doing great!

I have had an issue for hours which unfortunately I cannot fix, could someone in the simplest way possible please explain how I can assign a task, issue, sub-task (anything really) to a user other than myself or "unassigned". I need to assign tasks to individuals that are part on my team but I cannot see them in the dropdown menu nor see their name after typing it after obviously inviting them to join the team.

Make sure they have a license and can login

Make sure the have the "Browse Projects" permission on the Issue

Make sure the have the "Assigable User" permission.
