Assign market app to specific users - not to everyone

Hi all, 

is it possible to assign a subscribed app to only 1-3 users in Jira, instead of everyone? 

E.g draw.io is available for all Jira Software users - can we limit the App to some single users?

Hi Susann. Apps are always available for all users of the Atlassian base product (in your case Jira), so there is unfortunately no option to limit access to it.

Is there a limit for confluence or Jira Service Management? We try to reduce our costs.

Hi again. This is the standard Atlassian policy for all apps. I can only speak for the draw.io side of things, but our pricing takes into account that not all users of a Confluence or Jira instance use our tool. When we compare the cost for our product with the cost of other tools outside the Atlassian ecosystem, we always end up at a fair pricing scheme. I am not sure if this helps you, but it might be an argument to use when discussing this topic internally.
