Hey,
i need your help please I create shop promotion tickets for a onlineshop & i need to assign tickets to more than 1 person. For example: I write a ticket for the next promotion, i had to add 1 person from the graphic team, 1 person for the shop performance team and 1 person for social media. But in the form i can only add 1 responsible agent. Can i change that or any "workaround" ideas? I dont want create 3 different tickets for each person.
