Assignee Column Missing

When I start create an issue there is no assignee column for me to fill in. How to pull in the assignee column?

Thank you all for your kind reply. 

Yes, The assignee column is not appear in the Board is because the team member in this board will pull the issue that I created themselves.

Hi @Inn Kean ,

 

Every operation (Create, Edit, View) of an issue has a screen related to it. From the administration section, under issues >> screens, you need to configure the 'Create' screen for your issue type and add the assignee field.

Fields appearing on create issue form comes from screen configurations.

You also need to make sure you have the permission to assign issues.
