Hi everyone!
Users don't get email notifications when issues are assigned to them. In project notifications everything is set by default. What may be the cause of this problem?

Hi @Fariz Aliverdiyev , please make sure the email notification is associated with a particular project, also that the project has a notification scheme defined. Also note that Jira will not send you an email notification by default if you’re the user, to update this;
Click your user icon at the top right of the screen and choose the profile, click the pencil icon next to the preferences, and set My Changes to Notify me
For issues created, does the reporter get notifications? I want to ensure that email configurations are set properly.
