Atlas CRM: Change position in View Issue Screen

Atlas CRM - addon 

I want to see this field at the top when I open an issue. Can't figure out how to move it in the Issue Screen Configuration.

Hi Emily,

I'm part of the Atlas CRM team and I'd like to see if I can help you out. Could you send a screenshot of a sample issue? I'm interested to see where the Atlas CRM field is currently located for you.

The location depends on a number of factors:

  • The Jira products you're using (Jira Core, Jira Software, Jira Service Desk).
  • The issue view you are using (There is an old- and a new issue view in Jira).
  • Other apps that you may have installed.

If you could share a screenshot, we should be able to see what situation you are currently in.

Hello Emily,

Welcome to Atlassian community.

The field you are talking about seems to be related to a third-party add-on, so I'm not sure if this field is considered as a field by JIRA or only as a fixed option in the Issue layout. 

The way you can configure a field to be displayed at the top of issue view depends on which is the view you are using - The Old one or the New one.

In Old Issue view:

- Navigate to your project > Project Settings > Screens

- Click to Edit the relevant Screens > Move the field to the top of the list:

In New Issue view:

- Navigate to your project > Project Settings > Issue Layout

- Click on the relevant Issue Types (Edit Layout) > Move the field to the top of the Primary Fields Section
