It looks like you're trying to edit a "locked section" in the sales template. Some sections can't be edited because they're being used by Atlas CRM.
Atlas CRM needs the "Name" and "Estimated revenue" fields in several locations in the app. If you would delete those, part of the app would not work anymore. That's why some sections are locked and cannot be edited.
You can add new sections at the bottom and add as many fields as you want. But you can't edit these "system default" ones.
Out of curiosity, what were you trying to edit?
