I often use it to get quick and easy access to the OSGi browser that is built into JIRA, or to quickly locate the JIRA development API documentation.

ok thank you... right now I am working on REST API browser on that toolbox. So if you have any documentation regarding REST, plz share...

It gives links to all the things that are under the bonnet (hood) for example the REST API browser is really helpful for testing out remote apps/Atlassian Connect add-ons and also for testing your own custom REST APIs.
