Hi,
I created a new app in atlassian marketplace, that also got approved. However, since the beginning I try to change the payment plan from free to a paid plan. However free is always greyed out and I can not do any changes. Also created a new version now, and still can not change the payment model:
Online I only found some outdated documentation, where it says I need to go to the payment tab. However, as you can see there is no payment tab.
Can anyone help?
@stoffander The first check to make is whether you enabled licensing for the app. I assume you develop with Forge, and if so, see the `licensing.enabled` flag in the manifest.
If it doesn't support Atlassian Marketplace licensing, you can't set it to "paid via Atlassian", for obvious reasons.
Thanks @Aron Gombas _Midori_
That was the issue! First it was counterintuitive that I have to declare it in the manifest file, but after reading the docs it made sense! List a Forge app on the Atlassian Marketplace
I hope they will properly show a warning in the Version Detail UI in the future for better usability :)

Hi @Marc - Devoteam ,
thanks for letting me know. I already raised a ticket, and yes that is where my confusion came from since I was reading the docs in here instead of the one for atlassian developers :)
Any way I can remove this post here to avoid any confusion?

Community Champions don't have access to Atlassian Support tickets, unless they are also Atlassian Support agents, which I am not. I don't think John is either.
