@Atlassian: Why should we have to keep logging into to keep our Subscription, is paying not enough?

@atlassian  - Yours is the only Software where you send annoying emails to keep logging onto your platform to keep our subscription, surely paying the subscription each month is enough???

I'd turn this around - why are you paying for a subscription you aren't using? 

These emails are only sent after a system hasn't been used for a while.

Atlassian send out emails for subscriptions that are on free plan (in order not to lose your domain/instance). If your account id is associated with more than one domains, e.g. one paid and one free, you are going to receive emails about logging in and actual use it. Is this the case you are talking about?

For the paid domains you receive email notifications about the payment and not about the actual subscription.

Hi Christopher, are you referring to idle session timeout? If so you might find this article useful - update-idle-session-duration

One other thing to mention is to be sure your browser isn’t set to incognito.
