Atlassian site on cloud is not functional

Hi Team,

Our Atlassian site hasn't been functional since an hour. We are unable to open issues, or the user management section, groups etc. It just shows 'Something is wrong, try again later'. Attaching screenshot below.

I tried creating a ticket but even that site looks down. I am unable to submit tickets. Are there others facing same issues with Atlassian?

Same issue. Also can not submit a support ticket.

I am seeing the same issues. The Jira dashboard loads, but can't open any tickets and projects. Can't log in in another browser and can't submit a support ticket.

Yes, we are having the same issue - logged out and logged back in and it has Internal Server Error.
