hi @Sramanth Pandeti , @Ollie Guan : Not in JIRA. It's if i am posting a question to the Community or asking Atlassian for technical support , in the text area where i describe the issue. Instead of uploading screenshot as attachment, i want to just paste the screenshot onto the text area.
Hope that clarifies ?
Here you have to insert photos and do not support ctrl+c and ctrl+v to upload.

When you create a ticket, there is this box that says "drop files to attach, or browse" however, there is not way we can drag and drop nor use Ctrl + V to paste screenshot directly.
It used to work for me, but after just a month, this function is no longer valid.
is there a bug or jira simply change it's system?
Hope you guys can fix it

If your totally stuck, use the windows snipping tool, save as, and then pick it up. Also means you have a copy on your HDD for records ... just remember to slide into a sub directory called previous or something otherwise after a while its a lot of scrolling.

Hi @bee ,
As @Sramanth Pandeti mentioned, please provide a screenshot, which will help analyze the problem.
By the way, what kind of browser are you using, and which renderer is used for the description field?
