Hi,

I've created a checklist to help with the way we handle/process tickets within our Sprint. I have applied the checklist at the project level, but it only appears after I attach it to each ticket individually.

Is it possible to have the checklist automatically attached to each ticket in that project?

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Carly,

It all depends on how you created the checklist. If you can share more details then we will be able to give you more tailored answer.

The way of adding checklist I can recommend is an Issue Checklist app provided by my company. It allows creating default checklist that can be automatically added to all new tickets created in the project - this is exactly what you have been trying to achieve.

The default checklist can be defined not only for a project, but also issue/ticket type so Bugs and Stories can get different checklist applied when they are created.

Feel free to give it a try and ask questions. I'm happy to help.

Cheers,
Jack

Hey Carly,

That depends on how you created your checklist.

If you have created a field to capture it all you have to do is add it to your screen schemes.

Also if it's a field you may be able to add in some logic to your workflows to stop it from progressing without checks being filled in.
