Attachment download failure from jira

Hello. 
I am new here.

Today, I'd like to ask some kinds of failure to download attachment.

The downloading is normally start, but it is not working after few second.

Upload is fine, only download is not working.

OS: CentOS7

Is there someone have same problem with jira?

Lets try start with investigation of atlassian-jira.log, Are there any errors here?
