Auto Uptade Remaining Estimate

Hi, 

is it possible to make it auto to update remaining est, after spending some time on issue then make it continue later? what i mean is auto subtract time spend from remaining est of issue after pause it.

I recommend checking out the following apps that help with logging work and updating remaining estimates:

Automated Log Work for JIRA: Add buttons to the JIRA interface to track time. Can be enabled/disabled per project.

JIRA StopWatch: A downloadable application (runs on your computer) that helps track time for multiple issues. It's a really cool program (and free) - check it out!
