Auto assign tasks based on the information provided in the Form feature in JSM.

Under JSM, I see there is a new Form feature that has in build logic. Is there a way to auto assign task to different departments based on the information provided in that Form? I am wanting to create one briefing form for all of the Marketing department.

If you'd like to automatically assign tasks to delegated teams, I believe there are few possible approaches, such as the use of project automation. As an alternative, you may also find one of our apps useful. With Issue Assignment Rules for Jira, you're able to set up rules and automatically assign different users to issues based on a specific JQL query. The app allows you to define a list of users per rule, and assign them one by one in a row.
