Så, heres the issue. Whenever a user encounters a blocked webpage in our company they can click a link that generates an email that they send to our Jira Servicedesk. The email just contains the full web URL and some other minor data.
Problem is, we are planning on turning off the option of sending mails to our servicedesk since we want our users to use the portal for more accurate reporting, so once thats done this obiously wont work anymore.
Therefor I wonder if there is any way to create a weblink that will fill inn some text fields in a ticket. So when they click the link it opens Jira on the correct ticket type, with a couple fields pre-filled with stuff like the URL.
Is there any way to do this?
In advance, thank you
Looks like that's not available for Jira Server; there is an open request for it - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-133
