Hi,
We deploy features many times during sprint. I currently send out deployment notifications via email to our operations team. My preference is to automate this. Is there a way to automate sending an attachment in a story that would describe deployment to Confluence? We do not create versions currently. If I would need to create a version every time we deploy features and accomplish this through release notes, if this is only solution, I'll consider which solution is less cumbersome.
Thanks
Hi Dorothy!
I work as a product marketing manager for the app AutoPage, and I think we could possibly solve your problem and save you some time.
AutoPage - Documentation in Jira and Confluence in sync
With our app, you can automatically create Confluence pages from Jira issues depending on rules. You could set up a rule so that every time a story reaches the status "done," a Confluence page with the issue description, describing the specific feature, is created.
Hope I could help out! If you want to join for a call, just let us know!
