Automate JIRA Creation From Confluence Form

Hi Team,

Currently we're using a Confluence form for HR to fill out new starter information, then we will manually create a JIRA Epic containing Tasks using these fields.

Is it possible to automate this process using the Global Automation? i.e. when a new user form is submitted in confluence it will create the JIRA using the information provided in the form?

The only way I know how to accomplish this is by using the Confiforms plugin.  Create a Jira issue from Confluence 

Confiforms is very powerful but not very intuitive off the bat.  I would highly highly recommend that you use the developers' tutorials.
