Automated Template Assignment

Hello,

I want to move a process to Jira and it needs some automation.

I want to create a template that can fulfill these requirements

• I can add or remove subtasks when I create the new ticket: I imagine I have a list of subtasks and every time I create a new ticket from the template I can choose from these and only the ones I chose are created
• I want the subtasks to be assigned automatically to different people when I create the ticket

This is my idea, I know it might be a little bit optimistic
