Hello everyone!

I would like to receive a single automatic e-mail from Jira every day containing a list of all tickets expiring the following day. How could I do this? thanks in advance.

Hello @Sara Valoti SK

To do that, you can use filter subscription.

You can create a filter like this:

project = XYZ AND duedate <= endOfDay(1)

Once done, go to "All filters," find your filter, click on the three dots, select "Manage subscriptions," and create a new subscription.

Hope this helps!

Hi @Sara Valoti SK ,

Other than what was mentioned by JM Perrot , you could also achieve this utilizing Notification Assistant for Jira Cloud.

For more details: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211069/notification-assistant-for-jira-email?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

Hope it helps.
Cheers,
Victor
