Hi, I already have mail propertly configured and auto creation of tickets via email. Is there a way to cc an email address or put the ticket number in the subject and it will automatically put my email or any emails as comments on that ticket? Thanks in advance!
Um, yes, it'll do that automatically. Look for "create or comment handler" in the doc you probably followed to get create-issue-from-mail set up http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Creating+Issues+and+Comments+from+Email
