Automatically move priority from 1 to another

Currently we have 5 priorities in place: blocker, critical, normal, major and minor

Two are being removed - blocker and normal.

For the existing issues that have either blocker or normal set as priority is there a way to move all from normal to minor for example?

Hello,

You can use the bulk edit feature. Select all issues with the normal priority:

priority = Normal

And bulk edit the priority field to minor.

Hi @Sophy Lewis,

I would suggest using a bulk change (edit multiple issues at the same time).

You can do this twice.  Once for the blocker priority issues and once for the normal priority issues.
