Automating Jira Ticket in Slack - pre-filling fields based on the #channel

Depending which channel in slack your team works in, is there currently a way to right click create jira (or maybe tag a specific emoji) and auto create a JIRA with preset parameters.  Based on the channel you're in, or the particular emoji you chose, can you auto-populate the following fields for example?

- Project

- Issue Type

- Epic

- Label

- Priority

- etc.
